1 General Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the zetbin platform and all its associated services ("Services"). zetbin is a safe and reliable online betting and gaming platform for users in Bangladesh.

3 Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Terms

• The deposit amount must come from a legitimate source.
• Only payments from the user's own account are accepted; transactions from third-party accounts are prohibited.
• If any technical issue arises during a deposit, contact the support team immediately.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed through the same method used for the deposit.
• If any active bonus is present, the associated wagering requirement must be met before withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process is not complete.
• zetbin reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of fraud or suspicious activity.

4 Bonus and Promotion Policy

zetbin offers various bonuses and promotional offers for its registered users. The following conditions apply to the use of these bonuses:

Welcome Bonus

• zetbin offers a welcome bonus of up to 150% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.
• Example: depositing ৳1,000 will give a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500.
• Example: depositing ৳14,000 will give a maximum bonus of ৳10,000, making the total balance ৳24,000.

VIP Cashback Program

• Bronze: up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 1.5% cashback per week.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own specific terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page.
• The wagering requirement must generally be met within 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• If an attempt is made to take advantage of bonuses using multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed.
• zetbin reserves the right to modify or cancel the bonus program at any time.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on zetbin are conducted in a fair and transparent environment. The following rules apply to all users:

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled, though exceptions may apply in cases of technical error.
• The minimum bet amount may vary depending on the game or event.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In sports betting, live bet odds may change in real time.

Technical Errors and Disputes

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, zetbin reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet.
• If an abnormal win occurs due to a software error, that amount may be forfeited.
• In any dispute, zetbin's server logs will be considered as final evidence.

Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets using any bot, automated software or artificial intelligence is prohibited.
• Match fixing or unfairly influencing any player or team is strictly prohibited.
• Abusing bonuses by using multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Attempting to defraud the platform by placing bets in collusion with other users is prohibited.

6 Account Management and Closure

Account Security

The user is solely responsible for the security of their account. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

zetbin may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms.
• Fraud, deception or suspicious activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.

• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial activity.

User Rights

Any user may request to close their account at any time. The opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be given before the account is closed, however any bonus with an unfulfilled wagering requirement will be cancelled.
